OUR HISTORY

The Specialized Universal Network of Oncology (SUN) was stablished at 2008 as the first integrated oncology center in Alexandria.

SUN has a multidisciplinary team of doctors who have been trained on a premium level of training, they are providing a high quality

services to all cancer patients everyday and according to the international guidelines of cancer treatment.

Currently SUN provides its services for both local and international patients with rate of more than 100 patients everyday. Also, the

inpatients department was designed to serve 16 patients at the same time, besides the polyclinic for Oncology patients as we have all the specialties cancer patients may need during their cure journey.

Nuclear Unit

SUN Scan Unit provides high quality PET Scan, CT Scan also all types of scans using Gamma Camera. The report is one of the strongest points SUN Scan provides as the report is being written by a specialized consultant in the United States of America, California University.

Radiotherapy Unit

SUN center is the first private oncology center who provides treatment option such this, the high level of accuracy is the most important point in our radiotherapy unit, we make the radiotherapy simulation before the session to be accurate during the session as much as possible.

Also this machine provides the most recent techniques in radiotherapy such as IMRT, rapid arc and more.

Chemotherapy Unit

Chemotherapy unit is one of the most important units at SUN, as we at SUN see big amount of cancer patients everyday and provide the services with best possible quality with our skillful team.

Also, our clinical pharmacy is a plus as we at SUN prepare the medicine in the clinical pharmacy with high standards of infection control by the hands of our talented clinical pharmacists.
